BEWARE!!!!! They "flipped" a house but failed to disclose ROT that was covered under the siding. They "renovated" the bathrooms but didn't install shark bites on diverters correctly. We have spent thousands of dollars on repairs to get the house just to live in. We have lived here 2 months and everything has started failing. Jamey Fereday and crew are unethical and have created a nightmare for our family. I am not sure how people can sleep at night. When you see this team... RUN. Save yourself the headaches and money.

She listens to her clients and helps them make the best decision based on their needs. She sold our home and helped us find a new one and made what could have been a stressful process enjoyable.
