Fisher Myres is an excellent agent. This is our fourth time purchasing a home. We have very specific criteria of what we wanted. He went above and beyond what we expected. Being from out of state we had a very limited amount of time to find the right property. Fisher knows the area extremely well and treated us like family. He would send us information on homes to pre-select what fit our criteria and stayed in our budget. He was honest, and a great negotiator with excellent contacts at his disposal. He only chose areas he himself would live in, made sure the homes were commute friendly for our work, in excellent school districts, and safe neighborhoods. Fisher even went to preview properties for us to eliminate any home that appeared to in the listing but they back up to an interstate, were on a busy road, or needed serious repair not visible in the listing. He kept in close contact and was always available for us. Every professional Fisher recommended we used and were extremely happy with their performance and service. This was the easiest purchase I have ever made. I would highly recommend Fisher Myres as a real estate agent who truly looks out for your best interest. There were pressure. I cannot say enough good things about this realtor (Janice) and her staff (Kenny in particular). When I needed help with preparing my house for sale and help in being walked through the sale process, they were there and she personally went WAY over and above board to help me through it all. The house was on the market 3 days and I received more than the asking price. They are very knowledgeable and actively work to sell your or help you buy a new one. Do yourself a real favor and give this Realtor a call. You will not be disappointed.

Janice Hollowell is the most difficult, unprofessional agent, I have ever dealt with. She makes the process so difficult for the other party. She is rude and unhelpful in obtaining information and providing documentation to the other side of the transaction. I do not recommend her, she will make your transaction difficult for everyone involved.
