We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Stephanie and her team. Though we have lived many places in the world, the Great Neck area of Virginia Beach will always be considered “home” to our family. When we decided to accept military orders to Key West this summer, it was an unexpected surprise. We knew this was a great time to sell and will plan on relocating to another home in Great Neck when we return to VA. We knew Stephanie Clark was highly recommended, and she and her team exceeded expectations from day one. The process was so much simpler than expected and they handled everything perfectly! Amazing experience. We bought and sold our home through Stephanie Clark Real Estate. Both experiences were excellently. How do you sell your father’s home in Virginia Beach after he has been relocated to assisted living when you live 2,000 miles away in New Mexico? Establishing realistic expectations for the sale; managing the process for preparing the property and engaging third parties for specific jobs; negotiating final terms; and, staying on top of all aspects of closing requirements make her team special. I could not be more pleased with the time and effort Stephanie and her team put into helping us find our beautiful home. My wife and I are not from the area, and Stephanie spent several days with us (and my toddler) travelling all over Virginia Beach and Norfolk to help us find the neighborhood which fit us best.
