Stephanie was our agent during the sale of our family's condo in VB. She is an excellent communicator and took the time to fully understand our priorities. We were out-of-town sellers which required extra effort on Stephanie's part which she handled with aplomb. We received several offers and she did a great job helping us evaluate the financial pros and cons of each offer. We hit a small bump in the road with the buyers and Stephanie stepped in and proved to be an excellent negotiator and problem solver. We are a fellow Navy family, and originally met Stephanie while stationed in Florida. She has such a warm, welcoming personality and we knew we could trust her in the home buying process upon moving to the Virginia Beach area. We had VERY short notice to move and let me tell you, Stephanie was ON IT! She was quick with communication, a go getter with looking at houses (we had to buy site unseen), and all around FANTASTIC to work with. What we appreciated the most was her honesty. There were a few houses she looked at for us and told us that the neighborhoods were less than desirable (She is a parent herself and we were thankful she knew what to look for in a neighborhood). This really showed she was not in it to make a quick deal, but rather wanted us to be happy with where we would soon call home. The entire process was a breeze and we LOVE where we live now.
