Twelve years later, I moved to Hampton Roads and spent thirteen years in marketing within the real estate industry before joining the REALTOR association again. As first time homebuyers, my husband and I wanted to make sure we worked with someone that understood us, our needs, and in addition was knowledgeable about the area and the real estate business. Stephanie was that person. From day one, Stephanie was so patient with us and our never ending questions. And as you can imagine, a first time homebuyer has many. She was able to educate us on the home buying process and never tried to pressure us or take advantage of our inexperience. She was prompt for all appointments, and even made herself available to meet us on a holiday. Also, she honestly cared if the homes we viewed actually fit our needs. Stephanie is very personable, working hard to understand her clients and how they tick. She is professional, with many associates who can assist along the buying path if needed. Stephanie is very professional. She makes navigating the world of real estate manageable. She’s open to questions and concerns (no dumb questions here). She serves the entire family (after all, kiddos and grandparents are important too!). She constantly keeps abreast of events throughout the process and will remind you as well as deadlines draw near.
