We were doing a long distance move from Massachusetts to Virginia and we had some ideas of what we wanted. Steve communicated frequently and sent houses before we ever came to look. He suggested a relocation realtor in our current area that we worked with to sell our home in MA. We came down and Steve showed us many homes and was very transparent about setting market expectations. We were able to make an offer and have it accepted that same weekend! Steve has also worked with us throughout the mortgage process as we were still long distance. He’s always there to answer questions and help out. He hosted an open house on Saturday and Sunday but offers started flowing in the day it was listed on the market (which was Thursday).
