Steve was simply incredible! He sold our home in Virginia Beach, and our experience with him was amazing. This was the first time we had ever sold a home, and it was complicated. The military had moved us out of town, and Steve helped us despite being out of state. He always answered the call or text and answered every question we had with the patience of a teacher. We sold a condo that was in both a condo association as well as larger HOA association. We had a renter in the home who was leaving under difficult circumstances when we decided to sell. In short, nothing was too complicated for Steve, and throughout it all his professionalism was very high. He is personable, intelligent, and is able to navigate all of the areas of this process skillfully (repairs, listing, negotiating, loans, etc). He helped us make repairs on the home in order to get it ready for the market. He listed it and showed the house to prospective buyers. When we had a questionable offer from a prospective buyer he saw through the challenges. Later he assisted us in working though a very complicated, delayed loan processing from the buyer's lender but we got it closed successfully. His experience was quite obvious, and his work ethic was strong. Through it all, he was the pinnacle of professionalism. I strongly recommend him!
