If there was a repair that needed to be done quickly she always had a connection that could do quality work. She has a great ability to steer you through what needs to be done to maximize your sale versus what you think you need to do. She saved me a lot of time and money on needless work. It is a comfort to know that Susanne is a person that will give you an honest answer, even if it is not what you want to hear.
