Sydney was able to provide videos and pictures as well as time to FaceTime us. This made us feel comfortable that we were making a good decision. This entire process was extremely smooth, we would recommend and use her again. I watch my wife work real estate every single day and she's just amazing. The way she communicated with everyone involved and her attention to detail was incredible. She managed to get us the house we wanted in this crazy market because she knows what she's doing. I know a lot of people say this market is hard but you wouldn't know it with her by your side! We cannot express how great-full we are to have had Sydney as our agent. Just to begin with, Sydney really impressed us on her presentation with the plan she had to get our home sold. She had our home sold in less than 24 hours! Once we accepted an offer, we had a really rocky time with the buyers agent. However, Sydney had our backs throughout the whole process of getting our home sold. She worked so hard and made sure we got the best deal. I've honestly never seen a realtor work as hard as she does. She was also our agent for the new home that we bought and crushed it there as well. This market is crazy right now but she ended up getting us a house very soon after we sold! Sydney is truly someone you want by your side when you're going through this process. I would 100% recommend her to anyone who asks!

After living in our 1936 farmhouse for over 30 years, we knew it was time to sell and buy something more appropriate to aging in place. It had been decades since we were involved in buying or selling a home. So much has changed. Real estate transactions are more complicated than we expected. Thank goodness we found Sydney Alley. She did a fantastic job at handling the sale of our home, and helping us find the PERFECT new place. She is such a pleasant, dedicated agent. She turned a stressful time in our life into something actually enjoyable. We would use her again, but we never plan to move from our dream home.

Sydney made an incredible comparative market analysis (CMA) for the potential sale of our rental home. She was so detailed and so fast with her reply. The comparisons she found within the market gave us the push to sell while we can (once our tenants are moved out). I would recommend Sydney for anyone looking to buy or sell their home.
