Where to start?! Oh my goodness! I can't imagine going through all of this with anyone but Anna. She was always so kind and empathetic and I can't thank her enough for that. We were selling our family home and downsizing and it was an emotional experience. We planned to list the first week of May and Anna came to our house in early January to meet with us. She answered all of our questions including the ones we didn't know we had. She made sure we understood how the entire process worked and kept us apprised of new information as it developed. Anna was a wealth of important and much needed information and gave excellent advice from start to finish. She gave us a list of things to do before listing our home and we did everything she suggested. That made all the difference. Our house looked fabulous and it sold in 3 days. One of the most outstanding components of Anna's approach is advertising. She left no stone unturned and advertising was exceptionally comprehensive. We bought our first house with Anna; if you are looking for a realtor with a lot of experience in the Hampton Roads market you don’t need to look further. We were looking for a house from out of state, so almost all the entire process had to be done remotely. As a first time home buyer, we had very little idea about buying a house. Anna is extremely knowledgeable and was always available to answer all our questions each step (and even tell us something that we didn’t know we needed to know). Whenever we were not sure about something, our first thought was "let's ask Anna what she thinks". We felt that we could really trust her. She would tell us her honest opinion and was patient for us to make our decision without trying to influence us. She even arranged for some work to be done around the house before we move (while we are still out of state). Her passion and dedication to her work is truly incredible. I highly recommend her for anyone, and there is no question that I would be working with her again next time if we need to sell or buy a house.
