My husband and I were first time buyers and knew nothing about the process. We were lucky to be matched with Vicki as she took the time to walk us through every step. Vicki was responsive, diligent, knowledgeable, and attentive to my exact needs. She met with us during random hours of the day via zoom to accommodate our schedules as working parents with a toddler, and provided detailed information on everything we needed to know. We literally moved during each step fully prepared and understanding of exactly what was happening. To top it off, she connected us with the BEST home inspector in town! I had been recommended (via a friend) a specific company to use for home inspections, and the person she connected us with was exactly someone from that same company. We have detailed information on every crevice of the home we purchased, and couldn’t have done it without Vicki! Lastly, to highlight one of her qualities that were important to me as a new buyer, I wanted guidance in the home I was buying for my family. I asked Vicki to be frank, provide me with her opinions, and only show me homes she would feel comfortable with her own daughter living in; and she did just that. We were super lucky to have her and recommend her to anyone who is looking for someone knowledgeable, detail oriented, and prompt with responses.
