I'm a current tenant of property managed by Ward & Hollingsworth and am very sad to hear the property owner is switching. Every time I've had a maintenance issue they have responded within minutes and service is normally completed within hours of my contact. The companies they send are professional and friendly. Always the best. I have told Mr. Hollingsworth if the new management doesn't do as well as W&H have, I'll be in touch at the end of lease to move to another of theirs. The new company has many many poor reviews so I don't know why a property owner would leave. I'm going to stay in touch with this company and hope to rent from them again in the future. If you have property or need a rental, check these folks out. They are awesome.

Honest, reliable, and fair to rent from. Hopefully I will be able to make a home purchase in the future and will be able to use Ward and Hollingsworth for that. This real estate company has been wonderful to myself and my family.

Terrible experience. Requested a viewing of a rental property. Without getting in touch with me they went ahead and booked me for the complete opposite timing that I needed, which wouldn't have been a huge deal without what happened next. My partner and I don't have much job flexibility at the moment so needed to reschedule the viewing. I called to reschedule and the lady on the phone was extremely rude and said reschedualing was not an option that it was booked for tomorrow. So I went ahead and told her to cancel. Maybe it was just the one phone operator but overall I'm very dissatisfied with my experience.
